In this role you will be responsible for providing technical and applicationrelated advice to assigned key customers in the area of axial piston machines and hydraulic components
You represent the customers interests with regard to internal interfaces and coordinate internal activities and communication with the customer
You actively acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships serving as a contact person for technical inquiries and sales negotiations
You create customized offers and presentations that align with customers specific requirements and technical feasibility
You monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify new business potential and develop innovative solutions that strengthen our market position
You evaluate new customers and identify their sales potential formulate possible solutions to their requests and represent our interests in negotiations
You will advise and support our customers in selecting and applying hydraulic components both for standard products and customized solutions
You identify crossselling potential with customers structure and plan customerrelated annual measures and develop customer strategies
You document all sales activities and plan turnover and sales development
You are responsible for identifying key contacts at the customer and maintaining strong relationship with them
You work closely with the divisions technical department and key account management to develop customized solutions as well as with the back office to ensure seamless order processing
You have a university degree in business or industrial engineering with relevant experience in sales of technical products ideally in the field of hydraulics or related areas
You have extensive market knowledge in the offhighway segment as well as good knowledge of hydraulic components or drive technology and their applications (pumps motors valves seals etc.
You have strong presentation and communication skills are confident in negotiations and have excellent skills in addressing and managing key stakeholders and customers
Your personality is characterized by an optimistic mindset openness to change and a convincing align with customeroriented appearance
You demonstrate a handson mentality a solutionoriented mindset flexibility and you are willing to travel for customer appointments and trade fairs
You speak fluently German and English and you are used to successfully applying your skills in an international environment
