Job Description:
Our Restoration 1 of Lehigh Valley branch is seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. Under the supervision of a team lead you will be responsible for cleaning drying and remediating properties affected by fire water smoke mold and trauma & crime scene adheringto Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) standards. Our primary service area covers a35 to 40mile radius of Bethlehem PA 18015.
Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate is motivated eager to learn and able to think quickly in dynamic environments. While experience in water extraction mold remediation fire restoration light demolition and trauma & crime scene cleanup ispreferred it isnot required. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Candidates must be able and willing to:
Prolonged standing moving and lifting;
Working in confined spaces and lessthanideal conditions (e.g. sewage waste and biohazards);
We are anemergency response companyand the candidate should expect:
Overtime;
Afterhours;
Oncall; and
Weekend shifts are to be required.
Job Type: Parttime (with the potential to be fulltime)
Starting Pay Range: $18.00 $20.00 per hour

Experience:
- Fire Water Smoke Mold and Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup restoration: 1 year Preferred not required
