Job Summary
As an Associate you will be a part of International Pay & Time. You will play a key role in the continued innovation and sustainment of the Oracle HCM cloud application Global View Payroll related suite of applications and business processes. The role will be critical in defining the evolution of the platform processes and experiences that run across the function for all current/former employees managers and HR professionals firm wide.
As part of the firms ongoing commitment to innovation premium employee experiences minimizing risks and strengthening controls JPMorgan Chase launched the Human Capital management (HCM) Cloud Initiative. This program continues to lead the transformation of the employee and manager experience advancement of analytics insights simplification of processes and technology infrastructure. There is a significant opportunity to simplify personalize and digitize the employee experience from recruit to retire.
You will be responsible for the continued optimization and sustainment of the ADP Global View solution and its integration with Oracle HCM cloud solution ensuring the reliability accuracy and effectiveness of the platform and the endtoend experience for our 260K employees globally.
