The Pay & Time Product comprises of the firmwide experience and delivery of employee pay and time & absence tracking. The role will be critical in defining the evolution of the platform processes and experiences that run across the function for all current/former employees managers and HR professionals firmwide.

The Human Resources function at JPMorgan Chase is shifting to a productdriven way of working. The HR Product Organization sits within Corporate HR and plays an important role in driving our transformation. The organization will lead our efforts to identify outcomes goals and measures of success across all of our products applying agile principles continuous discovery and a common set of data architecture and delivery tools.

Job Summary

As an Associate you will be a part of International Pay & Time. You will play a key role in the continued innovation and sustainment of the Oracle HCM cloud application Global View Payroll related suite of applications and business processes. The role will be critical in defining the evolution of the platform processes and experiences that run across the function for all current/former employees managers and HR professionals firm wide.

As part of the firms ongoing commitment to innovation premium employee experiences minimizing risks and strengthening controls JPMorgan Chase launched the Human Capital management (HCM) Cloud Initiative. This program continues to lead the transformation of the employee and manager experience advancement of analytics insights simplification of processes and technology infrastructure. There is a significant opportunity to simplify personalize and digitize the employee experience from recruit to retire.

You will be responsible for the continued optimization and sustainment of the ADP Global View solution and its integration with Oracle HCM cloud solution ensuring the reliability accuracy and effectiveness of the platform and the endtoend experience for our 260K employees globally.

Job responsibilities

  • Daytoday representative for International Pay Product Team; owns the endtoend experience for stakeholders and by partnering to understand the needs and practices of all groups who interact with the aligned product
  • Responsible to collect business requirements and translate them into Product backlog
  • Must be able to craft user stories for technology teams with a reference to functionalities like AI agentic workflows orchestration layers Oracle to ADP Payroll Interface Oracle HCM payroll elements integrations reporting or compensation modules
  • Responsible to prioritize the product backlog; Partners with the different teams to impact analysis for future investments and current items and drive towards success
  • Accountable for the products experience including operations technology and data knows expectations and areas of opportunity by key persona

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 6 years of experience of payroll or product owner in a sizeable global organization
  • Experience and Ability to maintain a product backlog and write user stories and epics
  • Endtoend payroll understanding from Payroll processes or implementing ADP Global View
  • Ability to write test scenarios test cases and partner with business users to execute/conclude testing.
  • Ability to identify solutions to business problems utilizing data process and digital assets
  • Proven track record of delivery; ability to drive concepts to
  • Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple tasks running in parallel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to represent the product to stakeholders
  • Proactive accountable and detailoriented work ethic
  • Customer obsessed develops deep empathy and understanding in service of creating frictionless endtoend experience
