What Youll Be Doing:
- Engaging with Potential Customers Introduce homeowners to our premium lawn care services and guide them toward the best solutions for their needs.
- Building Lasting Relationships Create meaningful connections that lead to repeat business and referrals.

What Were Looking For:
- A Natural Communicator Youre charismatic persuasive and can turn a maybe into a yes.
- Ambitious & GoalOriented You see sales targets as an exciting challenge not a hurdle.
- Outgoing & Energetic You love engaging with new people and thrive in social situations. Strong phone skills are a must!
- SelfMotivated & Driven You take initiative and arent afraid to make things happen.
- Strong Computer Skills
- Sales Experience Great! One year of sales experience is preferred but if you have the right attitude and determination well teach you everything you need to know about the lawn care business.
What We Offer:
- $16.00/hr Uncapped Commission The harder you work the more you earn!
