About the role

This exciting opportunity is considered as a high responsibility development role. Experience with change management and tools implementation / business process redesign in a matrix and multicultural organisation is required to give proper user support and facilitate the business workshops.

The role of Business Analyst within Finance Transformation is key to supporting the successful deployment of the Division wide Sales forecasting tool which will support the demand planning element of S&OP. The BA will be driving the change management related to the tool implementation and supporting the successful documentation of the requirements gaps versus the tobe process of the Divisional Sales forecasting and Budgeting cycles as well as business impact assessment and next steps. The role provides business focused support for the core implementation team acting as the main link between the SMI Finance and Supply Chain communities as well as IT partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT finance and the Sales teams in terms of communication workshops coordination and delivering requirements documentation datadriven recommendations and reports to stakeholders. The role will engage with business owners and users to understand how datadriven changes to process products services software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value under the supervision and guidance of the Project Lead.

About you

Key responsibilities:

  • Change management activities and documentation

  • Supports the design and delivery of user training materials Business requirements documentation (asis and tobe) gap analysis and business impact assessment:

  • work closely with the Commercial Finance Operations IT Masterdata and Dynamics teams for delivery within tight timelines and with high level of accuracy

  • Document the tasks that span the endtoend S&OP process and how Sales Forecasting S&OP and S&OE interconnect

  • Facilitate workshops for BRs and data flows data gathering Prepare monitor followup and report on status to Stakeholders based on the level of interest

  • Manage stakeholders expectations and facilitate change management as targeted in cooperation with the other departments (Sales Marketing IT Operations etc.

  • Deliver the Sales Forecasting and Budgeting tool requirements documentation (tobe) gap analysis and business impact assessment at all the organisational levels (from Clusters to Division) for all DSS Customers : Experience in creating business requirements documentation and process mapping is essential
