Job Description
Miss Pearl Bar & Dining at the Melbourne Theatre Company Southbank is recruiting for hospitality service team. We are looking for waitstaff who is personable and well presented a hospitality natural.
The Role
- Work in iconic venue
- Career growth and development
- Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional efficient and courteous manner
- Must be able to carry 3 plates and complete tray service
- Proactive and perform well in a fastpaced environment
- Ideally coming from a highend restaurant background or have catering experience.
- Fluent in English
- Available to work 1520 hours per week
- Student and Working Holiday Visa holders welcome to apply
- Shifts: Mon to Sun daytime & evening
- Pay rates: MonFri at $31.23 p/hr Sat at $37.47 p/hr Sun at $43.72 p/hr
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months in similar role coming from wellestablished and fastpaced venues
- Passion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering
- Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience
- Have strong communication skills and a familiarity with Asian culture would be great
- Hold a valid RSA
