The Charge Nurse plays a key roleat The Orchards and more importantly in the lives of our residents and their family membersbyprovidingcoordinating andmanagingnursingcareand health educationforour residents.Equally important the nurseactsas a coach and role model for our nursing assistantsby providing direction best practicesand leading problem solvingon daily care concerns.

We offer flexible scheduling options of 4 6 8 and 12 hours shifts to best meet the needs of your personal commitments and those of our residents.
Thesuccessfulcandidate:
must have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN).CurrentCPRcertification andadditionalcertification in nursing specialtydesired.
preferablyhasexperience in a longterm care setting.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
