Our Fast Track Manager Program is a 1 year commitment requires full availability where the leader will undergo an intense 36 months leadership training where they learn all aspects of running the restaurant leading shifts leading people and business acumen. After the initial 36 months training they are given the opportunity to lead a specified department with one of Americas most trusted brandsleadership opportunities include but are not limited to daily Operations (Front Counter Drive Thru and the Kitchen) Talent Acquisition Training and Development and Outside Sales.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
- Be capable of working on their feet for 8 hours
- Be able to lift and manipulate at least 40 pounds overhead
- Have reliable transportation
- Full time availability to work 4045 hours per week anytime Monday thru Saturday
