What Youll Do:
- Mastermind Events: From concept to confetti youll coordinate every detail with flair ensuring our events not only meet but blow past expectations.
- Vendor Whisperer: Source negotiate and collaborate with the best in the biz to bring your event visions to life.
- Guest Experience Guru: Curate and manage guest lists creating an environment thats as warm as it is captivating.
- Budget Boss: Keep a sharp eye on the numbers ensuring we stay on budget while delivering maximum wowfactor.
- Relationship Builder: Forge and maintain strong bonds with stakeholders vendors and guestsmaking sure everyone leaves with a smile.
- Efficiency Enthusiast: Develop and implement strategies that make our events run smoother than silk.
- JetSetter: Be ready to hit the road (or skies) to bring our events to life in different cities.
- Communication Champ: Keep the lines of communication clear and professional whether youre dealing with guests vendors or team members.
- Lifelong Learner: Stay curious and open to picking up new skillswhether its dabbling in marketing design or digital operations.
- Plan TEDxGateway: Help us organize and manage speakers while teaming up with our event agency for TEDxGateway.
