Job Description

Client: Brevitas Corp.

Brevitas is dedicated to helping organizations achieve tangible results and lasting improvements via successful project delivery continuous process improvement and effective change management. We serve businesses in a wide range of industries including Pharmaceuticals Food & Beverage and Information Technology.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a JuniorAutomation Engineer inBoston.

This job is in the United States and only candidates eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer will be considered.

This position is onsite

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementation improvement and maintenance of comprehensive automation controls for process automation building automation and environmental monitoring systems.
Collaborate with Senior Engineers to design test commission start up current equipment configurations & new technologies.
Update engineering documentation as required for the project.
Conduct alarm testing failure investigations and implement solutions (corrective and preventive actions) to solve automationrelated issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Automation Electrical Technology Computer Science or any other related discipline.
13 years of experience in process industrial automation in pharma biotechnology and/or any GMP environment.
Experience in PLC and HMI.
Solid understanding of computer programming and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Building automation and/or environmental monitoring system will be an asset.
