Job Description

Residential DSP/Caregiver

Location: La Grange KY

Fulltime 7p7a 36 hours/week. Sun Mon 9p9a) & Fri(7p7a) alternate e/o week Sat

Starting Pay: $17.50/hr and up based on experience and education

We are the largest private provider of residential and communitybased services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in the state of Kentucky. We are a local nonprofit organization founded in 1970 by Louisvillearea parents of people with IDD. We are seeking qualified individuals who are determined to share meaningful interactions that cultivate mutual respect and unconditional love to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What youll do:

The DSP provides general and specialized care and support to each individual. The care and support include activities of daily living productive activities and leisure activities as appropriate. The DSP will provide active treatment safety and supervision to individuals of Cedar Lake Residences while promoting inclusion in the community.
