Integration Architect Manager Interfaces Process Management

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect & Manager Interfaces & Process Management to oversee the integration of ERP systems manage middleware solutions and optimize data flow processes. This role is focused on strategic oversight architecture and process governance. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership ensure integration best practices and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive digital transformation.

ERP & System Integration Oversight:

       Define and govern integration strategies between SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO MM SD PP etc. and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O CRM SCM).

       Provide technical leadership for endtoend system integration projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.

       Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish integration roadmaps and governance frameworks.

Interfaces & Middleware Management:

       Oversee middleware solutions using SAP PI/PO (Process Orchestration) SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps API Management Data Factory) or other iPaaS tools like Boomi MuleSoft Celigo.

       Ensure scalability security and compliance of enterprise integration architectures.

       Define best practices and standards for middleware and interface development.

API & Data Format Governance:

       Establish standards for REST SOAP GraphQL APIs and data formats like EDIFACT XML JSON CSV.

       Oversee the implementation of message queueing solutions such as Kafka RabbitMQ Azure Service Bus.

       Define API lifecycle management and governance policies.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting Strategy:

       Define and oversee error management and escalation frameworks.

       Implement log analysis and monitoring best practices using tools such as Azure Monitor Splunk Dynatrace Kibana.

       Ensure performance optimization of APIs and integration workflows.

Process Analysis & Optimization:

       Define and enforce best practices for process automation and optimization between SAP D365 & JP6.

       Oversee data flow mapping for purchasing production logistics and finance.

       Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.

Change & Release Management:

       Oversee and coordinate changes to interfaces and integration processes.

       Implement governance for version control & DevOps pipelines to manage API updates.

Project Management & Agile Methods:

       Lead and guide integration teams following Scrum Kanban ITIL or SAFe methodologies.

       Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment with enterprise IT strategy.

       Drive training initiatives and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

       Bachelors/masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.

       10 years of experience in integration architecture and process management in a multisystem environment.

       Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Microsoft Dynamics 365 API architectures and middleware platforms.

       Strong experience in governing enterprise integration strategies and best practices.

       Experience with data formats (EDIFACT XML JSON CSV) and message queueing systems.

       Proven ability to define and oversee monitoring troubleshooting and performance tuning.

       Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban ITIL SAFe).

       Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications :

Educational qualification:

• Graduation/Post Graduation in Engineering. Masters in Computer Science/Computer Applications from a Reputed University

   

Experience :

• 10 years of experience in integration architecture and process management in a multisystem environment.
