Join our awesome Team today as an Experienced Auto Body Technician continue building your experience in body work and collision repair with Ferman. Youll be part of highly respected Team of experts entrusted with restoring our Guests vehicles to their predamage condition and ensuring 100 satisfaction.
Our Collision Centers are impeccably clean stateoftheart facilities featuring the latest technological assessment and repair equipment. Whether its minor scratch and dent repair or more intricate aluminum repair or full body collision repair Ferman Collision will ensure you have everything necessary to do the job correctly on time and within budget.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform Suspension Alignments Cooling Air Conditioning Electrical and Interior removal and replacement of damaged components.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and determine the necessary repairs.
  • Assist in mechanical repairs such as full frame replacements Removal and reinstallation of mechanical items such as air bags instrument panels electrical components and interior panels.
  • Repair replace or adjust mechanical systems on vehicles including suspension and steeringcomponents.
  • Reassemble vehicles and test for proper functionality after repair.
  • Ensure work is performed according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs parts used and labor hours.
  • Work in close collaboration with other team members including senior technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively to explain the nature of repairs and estimate timeframes.
    Qualifications
    • General mechanical knowledge and handson experience with vehicle repairs.
    • Proven experience in automotive body repair and or mechanical tasks.
    • Familiarity with standard collision and mechanical tools and equipment
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
    • Good problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
    • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy parts and tools.
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
    • Must have a valid US government issued Drivers License safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
    • Must be able to pass a preemployment background screening and drug test.
