Find your purpose contributing to where youre needed most!By joining ourFloat Pool RN team youll have an opportunity to work in a variety of acute settings within Rice Memorial Hospital!
The RN is the basic level of professional nursing practice. She/he identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.
Nurses in our float pool serve patients on the following units:
- ER
- ICU (those that are trained)
- Ambulatory Care Department
- Med/Surg
- Women and Childrens
Schedule:
- 60 hours every 2 weeks
- Rotating day evening and night shifts
- 12 hour shifts
- Every 3rd weekend
- Rotating holidays
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay based on experience and degree
- Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $40.79 per hour
- Bachelors in nursing starting at $41.14 per hour
- Masters in nursing starting at $43.20 per hour
- Pay range: $40.79 $61.76 per hour
- Additional $1/hour for Float Pool
- $3500 Hiring bonus!
- $5000 Relocation bonus (if applicable)!

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.
- New grads welcome! We offer a Nurse Residency Program partneredwith St. Cloud Hospital for your first year along with a monthly mentorship program.
*To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCareemployees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
**Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away fromWillmar Minnesota and relocate to within 30 milesany time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
