You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Community Service Provider you will provide home and communitybased services to help children with emotional and mental health challenges. You will travel locally to work with children and families in their communities providing a core of rehabilitative services to ensure success including nonlicensed counseling and support for youth and family skill building peer support caregiver support and advocacy prevocational services and respite. You will report to a Community Service Provider Supervisor and work onsite within the community as travel is required and documentation may be completed remotely.
