The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing specialized work in the following trades: Electrical Plumbing or HVAC. This role requires a sound level of expertise and the ability to work independently while also supporting team members through training and project collaboration. The technician will ensure projects are completed within budget on time and in compliance with safety standards.This role will be an onsite position on the Maritz campus in Fenton MO Monday through Friday from roughly 7:00 3:30 PM CST.
Specialty Work 70
Independently perform advanced work in at least two trades including electrical plumbing or HVAC.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Training & Project Management 30
Provide onthejob training to other technicians sharing expertise to support team development.
Identify and track all billable costs associated with projects.
Complete daily time cards and administrative tasks to ensure accurate project tracking and billing.
Adhere to budget constraints and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
High school diploma.
Possess a high level of expertise in HVAC and Electrical
Valid Class E driver license.
Typical incumbent has 5 years of experience and must have formal training Ability to work well with others using good communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects.
Safety oriented and knowledgeable.
Selfstarter and able to work independently on projects as required.
