Job Description

Our client is a leading eMobility company with a groundbreaking EVCharging solution. They specialize in wireless charging systems that allow electric vehicles to charge while driving. This innovative company is transforming the mobility landscape making EV charging more efficient scalable and convenient. They are passionate about sustainability and cuttingedge technology and are looking to expand their team with a dynamic Assistant to the Management in their office in Cologne/Pulheim.

As the Assistant to the Management you will take on a diverse and important role handling a variety of tasks across administration accounting and logistics. Youll work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations and support the leadership team in key decisionmaking.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the management team.
  • Handle incoming mail phone calls and inquiries prioritizing and managing them efficiently.
  • Assist with accounting processes including invoice management and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate and plan events meetings and business travel when required.
  • Support the purchasing and logistics departments in managing orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate order and project records including costs and dates.
  • Draft review and verify offers contracts and invoices.


Requirements

  • A completedapprenticeship or a degree in business administration.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • A proactive independent and selfreliant working style.
  • Previous experience in an executive assistant role is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with accounting tasks and processes.
  • Experience with MRP systems and proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
