• Client Experience: Greet every client warmly and ensure they feel welcomed valued and cared for.
• Appointment Management: Handle scheduling rescheduling and cancellations across multiple studio locations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly with a helpful solutionsoriented attitude.
• Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and common areas throughout the day.
• Administrative Support: Assist with studio tasks and adhoc requests to help operations run smoothly.

• Membership & Retail Sales: Educate clients on our membership options retail products and service enhancements to drive conversions.
• AddOn Services: Proactively recommend and promote additional services during client visits.
• Marketing Support: Assist with content creation instudio signage and marketing campaigns to attract new clients and highlight promotions.
• Client Outreach & Referrals: Execute winback strategies manage followup communications and help boost Google reviews and referrals.
• Inventory Management: Restock and organize products regularly; assist in supply ordering to ensure the studio is always stocked.

• Prior experience in customer service sales or front desk operations preferably in the beauty wellness or retail industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsyoure warm upbeat and professional.
• Detailoriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable with technology and familiar with social media platforms.
• Salesdriven mindset with the confidence to talk to clients about memberships and upgrades.
• A selfstarter who brings positive energy and initiative to everything you do.

• Hourly Pay: $10 per hour
