The Coordinator Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination of various projects and activities within the organization. This role involves managing a team of coordinators ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments and streamlining processes to achieve organizational goals. The Coordinator Manager plays a key role in optimizing workflow enhancing efficiency and ensuring successful of projects and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Lead supervise and mentor a team of coordinators providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Assign and oversee project tasks monitor progress and provide feedback to team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage team dynamics to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Project Coordination:
- Oversee the planning and monitoring of various projects and programs within the organization.
- Develop and implement project plans including timelines resource allocation and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and on budget.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project coordination and status updates.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and lead meetings providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and ensure consistency.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to make datadriven decisions and recommendations.
- Resource Management:
- Manage project resources including personnel equipment and budget to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources and support for successful project .
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status performance and outcomes to senior management.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation including project plans reports and records.
- ProblemSolving:
- Identify and address any projectrelated issues or obstacles implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges that may arise during project ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of X years of experience in project coordination or management with experience in a leadership role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in process improvement and resource management is a plus.
