Job Description
- Analyze business training needs to identify how training interventions can enhance both individual and organizational performance.
- Design and develop training materials tailored to the productivity tools used within the business.
- Create and implement competencybased assessments to evaluate participant skills and progress.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and address any trainingrelated challenges.
- Track and evaluate delegate feedback to continuously improve training programs and report on outcomes.
- Provide technical support to users addressing issues and queries related to IT systems and tools.
- Support project and change management teams by training employees on new processes and systems.
- Conduct research and engage in selfstudy to stay updated with the latest developments in information technology and training practices.
Requirements
- Relevant BDegree in a related field.
- 8 years of experience in IT training or a similar role.
- Proven ability to analyze training needs design effective materials and deliver impactful training sessions.
- Experience in developing competencybased assessments and tracking training outcomes.
- Strong technical support skills and familiarity with productivity tools.
- Ability to support project and change management initiatives through training.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of new IT and training trends.
