Job Summary
The Tool & Model Maker will be based in Buffalo Grove.
What a typical day looks like
- Comply with the tool shop standards
- Understand how draw stone
- Understand how to diamond the molding area (A2 A3
- Understand how to tape and glass bead the molding surfaces
- Understand how to look at the drawings for the molding surfaces
- Responsible for the quality of work; Maintain ongoing inspection for work piece
The experience we are looking for
- Typically requires a minimum of an Associates Degree military technical training or equivalent experience and training. In addition typically requires 1 year related experience.
- 5 years minimum experience in mold manufacturing required.
