Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

Job location: Remote from Poland

Role overview:
As a Senior SAP Finance Consultant you will be crucial in guiding clients through their SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and transformation journeys. You will leverage your deep expertise in SAP Finance modules understanding of accounting principles and ability to integrate functional and technical perspectives to design implement and optimize solutions. With a focus on quality and value you will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless deployments and longterm client success.

Main responsibilities:

• lead endtoend SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation or implementation projects including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing and postgolive support
• provide strategic guidance on best practices industry standards and process improvements that enhance clients financial operations
• collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements with SAP capabilities ensuring optimal functionality and performance
• mentor and support junior consultants offering insights training and leadership to build team competency and engagement
• partner with technical teams to facilitate integrations manage interfaces and maintain data integrity
• proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements cost optimization and streamlined financial processes.
• maintain uptodate knowledge of evolving SAP S/4HANA functionalities tools and techniques and share insights with clients and colleagues
• knowledge of integration points with SAP Logistics Procurement and Sales modules to ensure a cohesive and endtoend solution

We require:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field preferred
• 6 years handson experience with SAP Finance (FI) modules
• proven track record of 2 fullcycle SAP implementations in complex regional or global environments
• indepth understanding of finance business processes (General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting Profitability Analysis etc.
• strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions
• excellent communication interpersonal and presentation abilities with experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels
• SAP certification(s) related to Finance or S/4HANA is highly desirable
• fluency in English both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• experience in SAP/ABAP debugging and development
• familiarity with SAP Activate methodology Clean Core principles or SAP Signavio
• experience serving clients in specific sectors (e.g. manufacturing retail automotive or consumer goods) and tailoring solutions to unique industry requirements
• ability to excel within highperforming teams while independently managing responsibilities making sound decisions and exercising good judgment
• proactive & adaptable mindset individual who can seamlessly adapt to evolving requirements and dynamic project landscapes
• proficiency in German is advantageous for certain client engagements and communication needs
