Boscovs Travel is looking for an experienced full time Branch Manager at our Wilmington DE office located in the Concord Mall. We are seeking an energetic friendly and motivated Branch Manager. You will be responsible fordaily operations of the travel branch and manage a yet dedicated team of travel experts. This is an inoffice full time position. Boscovs Travel has been a travel management company for over 50 years.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 to 5 years experience running a travel agency
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Air travel booking automation experienceSabre preferred
- Support travel team with daytoday administration of travel program
- Assist customers with planning and booking travel arrangements both domestic and international travel
RECOMMENDED SKILLS
- Ability to Prioritize and Multi Task
- Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent Organizational & Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Travel Both Domestic & International
- Strong Knowledge of Computer Reservations System
