Job Title:HRIS Analyst
Reports To:Director of HR Operations

Your Role:
This role will be responsible for the configuration and daytoday maintenance of the firms HR Information System (HRIS). This role will lead the implementation of a new system. The HRIS Analyst will ensure the solutions and workflows developed are efficient effective and meet the firms business objectives.
What Will You Do
- Lead the implementation of a new HRIS and any new modules or products of the system.
- Configure the firms HRIS workflows and reports to meet the firms business needs and ensure compliance with the firms policies and federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the user experience.
- Partner with the Information Technology department and external vendors to implement and maintain system integrations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues related to the Firms HRIS and execute endtoend support.
- Provide enduser training and support to ensure effective utilization of the firms HRIS.
- Identify opportunity for optimization and efficiency and configure appropriate solutions.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance by performing regular audits and quality assurance.
- Support annual HR initiatives such as the annual benefits open enrollment performance review process and merit increase process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Technology or related field is preferred
- 24 years of related work experience
- Experience with project management
- Experience with any major HRIS solution (e.g. ADP UKG Workday Ceridian Paylocity Paychex Oracle); Paylocity preferred
Salary Range:The salary range for this role is $85000 $105000 and represents the firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant experience qualifications and location.
