Job Description

Seminole Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. Were looking for someone who has experience growing sales within the automotive industry along with coaching and leading a team to hit their targets. The right candidate will have a trackrecord of hitting goals be digitally savvy be customer focused and be enthusiastic about training and leading others.Our promise is to keep delivering the same award winning service and value that our community has come to expect from our dealership through the years.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client satisfaction and fuel the sales process
  • Establish trust among customers to establish strong network of clientele and prospects
  • Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing transactions
  • Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth
  • Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance
  • Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals performance expectations and standard methodology processes
  • Drive business through a highlevel of involvement in daytoday operations including use of online tools
  • Lead the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
  • Partner with General Manager plan and run vehicle inventory
  • Assist in running controllable expense elements for the Used Vehicle Department
  • Active participation in customer satisfaction
  • Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance

Qualifications

  • Automotive dealership management experience preferred
  • Track record of success in auto retail sales
  • Confirmed leadership ability to mentor and train others
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environment
  • Enthusiastic personality with highenergy attitude
  • Ability to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitability
  • Organization and followup skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
