Job Description
RPO Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join a leading manufacturing company located in Centurion Gauteng. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations ensuring efficient processes and maintaining highquality standards across all manufacturing lines.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing production schedules supervising staff and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance. You will work closely with various departments to align production goals with the companys overall objectives ensuring deadlines are met while adhering to safety and quality regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday production operations and staff management
- Develop and implement production schedules and plans
- Ensure compliance with safety health and quality standards
- Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals
- Monitor production costs and implement costsaving measures
- Bachelors degree in Production Management Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a production management role preferably in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in production planning and inventory management
- Knowledge of safety and quality regulations
- Excellent problemsolving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Salary: Negotiable
