ADF Snowflake With basic knowledge of SAP Tables SQL Apache Spark Synapse
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory. Identify issues and recommend optimizations for TSQL queries stored procedures and functions within Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Collaborate with data engineers to monitor advanced analytics solutions built in Azure Databricks.
- Optimize performance and scalability of data processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data for reporting and analysis.
- Help maintain technical documentation including data mappings data dictionaries and process flows.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in business intelligence data engineering and cloud computing.
- Manage daytoday recurring data issues and access requests in a timely manner.
Key requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. Proven experience 35 years) working in the space.
- Strong proficiency in Azure Data Factory Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server with proficiency in writing complex TSQL queries stored procedures and functions.
- Solid understanding of ETL principles. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
- Handson experience with Python for data manipulation scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with Azure Databricks and the ability to leverage it for advanced analytics and data processing.
