We have been managing project portfolio consisting of six 6 operational BOT Projects covering approximately 2095 lane kms including major and minor bridges with current focus on augmentation of resources while channelizing them towards portfolio realignment and claim realization while achieving successful completion of portfolio realignment through transfer of asset ownership.

They will play a crucial role in representing and safeguarding the organizations interests.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in litigation and the ability to represent clients in court proceedings (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in legal writing with strong drafting and documentation skills (Mandatory skill).
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements and regulations (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and policy formulation.
- Thorough knowledge of contract law to draft review and negotiate agreements.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively mediate disputes and reach favorable outcomes.
- Insight into intellectual property rights to protect company innovations and interests.
- Strong risk management skills to identify and mitigate legal risks ensuring protection of company assets.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations monitoring changes in laws that may affect the company.
- Collaborate with external legal teams and councils when additional expertise is required.
- Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies for risk reduction and management.
- Educate and update company management on legal trends updates and best practices.
