JOB TITLE:

Car Rental Attendant

JFNTMP

** Pay increases to $11.50/hour after successfully completing a 4 month probationary period.**

JOB PURPOSE:

Prepare vehicles for car rental customers. Priority for those that can work this summer.

WORKING HOURS:

Working hours for this position may range from 10 to 20 hours/week. Applicants may be scheduled to work during the following times:

  • Monday Friday 7:00 am 5:00 pm
  • This position may require occasional night/weekend work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fuel rental vehicles upon return.
  • Inspect vehicles document damages and take photos.
  • Staging vehicles for outgoing rentals.
  • Transporting vehicles as needed.
  • Provide courtesy ride for customers as needed.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid drivers license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.

Priority given to those who can work 7 am 12:00 pm.
