About the Team
As the leader of the Growth Onboarding Group you will define the future of productled AIpowered onboarding at HubSpot. We believe the traditional services delivery model is being disrupted and that in the age of AI every company should be able to get up and running on their CRM and deploy software to their teams within days. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful impact with a scaleup stage initiative helping us grow from 1 to N with an AIled humanassisted onboarding strategy.
Youll have the chance to reimagine how AI can power personalized and automated onboarding at scale build and optimize bestinclass user activation experiences and flows and lead a team of Growth Product Managers. Your work will help increase activation and engagement expand our market opportunity through selfserve capabilities and deliver meaningful customer and business impact in one of HubSpots most strategically important areas.

Cash compensation range:USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary ontarget commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpots bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpots equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate including their skills experience qualifications and other jobrelated reasons.
