Are you a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM expert with a passion for both functional and technical solutions Resideo is looking for a dynamic Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to bring expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM with a special focus on Recruiting and Talent Management functionality.

As our Oracle Cloud HCM Lead you will play a pivotal role as the subject matter expert leading the delivery of endtoend solutions that meet business needs. Youll be responsible for designing configuring testing and providing functional guidance to ensure the seamless operation and success of our Oracle Cloud HCM system.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert offering bestpractice guidance on HCM business processes and solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather define and document detailed requirements
  • Analyze business needs and develop efficient effective configuration solutions that align with requirements
  • Lead the design and development of configurations ensuring thorough testing of system changes for optimal performance
  • Provide valuable input to the Project Manager to ensure the creation of a comprehensive and effective project plan
  • Lead the identification assessment and resolution of complex technical issues and challenges
  • Document and track customer product enhancement requests and any identified bugs ensuring timely followup
  • Partner closely with the Applications Support team to ensure seamless postimplementation handoff and provide consultation on complex production issues
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system and application documentation including requirements processes and procedures
  • Review monthly and quarterly release notes performing regression testing to evaluate the impact of new releases on existing configurations
  • Take on the role of technical lead or project manager for key initiatives ensuring smooth project and delivery

You Must Have

  • 5 years working in technology field and relevant experience in system design and development
  • At least five 5 years of handson experience with Oracle HCM Cloud focusing on the Core HR module
  • 5 years Deep understanding of the HCM Cloud data model business process functionality and data flow within the application

We Value

  • Oracle Implementation Certification in the Recruiting and/or Talent Management modules
  • Experience in implementing or supporting other Oracle HCM modules
  • Proficiency in SQL and report building using Oracle BI
  • Strong eagerness to learn with a keen eye for detail
  • Selfmotivated adaptable and a collaborative team player with excellent problemsolving skills
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with team members and business stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and debugging skills
  • Demonstrated technical leadership with solid planning and followup capabilities; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
