Our drivers NON CDL/CDL B Local Route Truck Drivers are the public face of Iron Mountain trusted to transport and handle client materials and engage with clients and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner. Drivers are responsible for driving a company vehicle to transport materials from client and Iron Mountain locations; loading and unloading through a variety of mechanisms; using wireless scanning technology; preparing paperwork and performing daily vehicle maintenance to ensure it functions efficiently. This position calls for a significant amount of physical strength and stamina. We pay by the hour not the mile.

PAY: Pay 20.72 21.32 based on experience (Benefits Day 1 of employment)
SCHEDULE:Monday Friday
HOURS: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (Depends on route completion
LOCATION: 2400 S. 7th Street Louisville KY 40208
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicates in a friendly professional manner with clients and coworkers
- Truck Driver operates and maintains Mobile Shred Vehicle or xox truck safely and efficiently (both manual or standard transmission)
- Handles all physical requirements for loading transporting and driving without assistance (details below)
- Executes accurate and timely handling of client delivery and shredding requests
- Prepares accurate paperwork and records
- Climb/stepup into a truck cab
- Grip lift push pull and carry wheeled plastic bins over up and down inclines stairs varying walking surfaces and elevation
- Lift at least 70 pounds
- Walk stand and sit for extended periods of time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Truck Driver should have current experience in customer service or a service industry

- Walk stand and sit for extended periods of time
- Two or more years route transportation experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers license and a good driving record and be able to pass a preemployment substance abuse screening a background check and a DOT physical
- Demonstrate safe/efficient driving skills
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Can adhere to and enforce all security procedures
