About the Role
Were seeking skilled Maintenance Fitters to join our Warwick Farm Board Plant. This is a fulltime permanent role with Day Afternoon or Night shift available:
- Day shift: Monday Thursday 6am 2pm & Friday 6am 11am
- Afternoon shift: Monday Thursday 2pm 10pm & Friday 11am 4pm
- Night Shift: Monday Thursday 10pm 6am & Friday 4pm 9pm
- Overtime available some weekdays and Saturdays paid at penalty rates
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager youll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
- Working with the production team and fitters to resolve issues with minimal downtime.
- Contribute to project work including installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Working with corrugating machines or in highspeed manufacturing machinery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.
- Utilise MEX maintenance system to report jobs completed.
What Youll Bring
- Maintenance Fitter Trade Qualification
- Strong experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance in manufacturing environments
- Skills in faultfinding / diagnostics and knowledge of CMMS systems like MEX
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety
