Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech. Vishay HiRel is currently seeking applicants for a Operator at the Duluth MN location.
Job Location:
This position will be onsite at the Duluth MN facility near airport road and superior.
The Manufacturing team provides value add by:
Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keeping production assigned overall efficient.
Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g. EHS).
Planning or contributing to units budget allocating resources and keeping manufacturing cost as planned.
Executing supervising or managing manufacturing frontend processes a assigned according to specified procedures e.g.:
* Preparation of wafers components or semiproducts and monitors related handstock.
* Processing components or semiproducts/products according to specifications and quality standards.
* Performing basic machinerelated setup and/or CNC / SPSprogramming if required.
Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
A job at this level:
Executes task(s) as ordered or explained.
Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
