SQL Developer/Web DeveloperWhat does a successful SQL Developer / Web Developer do at Fiserv
Join our team as a SQL/Web Developer and help build powerful highperforming applications that drive our business forward! Youll work with cuttingedge technologies like ASP React and SQL Server to develop seamless userfriendly solutions. Be part of a collaborative team where your contributions make a real impact in shaping our web and database applications.
What you will do:
- Design develop and maintain SQL databases including stored procedures views and functions.
- Create and optimize web applications using ASP for backend and React jQuery and Node.js for frontend.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate frontend and backend systems.
- Analyze and improve SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
- Build interactive responsive web interfaces using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Ensure security best practices are followed for data protection and application integrity.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and continuously improve your skills.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelors Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience education and military.
- 46 years of experience in programming principles methods and technologies.
- 35 years of SQL programming experience including writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Experience with data management tools such as enterprise repositories data modeling data quality and data mapping tools.
- Proficiency in ETL development and data integration processes.
- Ability to analyze and optimize database performance for efficiency and scalability.
- Experience designing and implementing database structures to support business applications.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve databaserelated issues.
What would be great to have:
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
- Web development experience using .NET.
- Power BI experience.
- Background in the financial industry or payment processing.

Salary Range:
$77000.00$107200.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
