Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their value. This is a midlevel position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Pune Maharashtra India and is a fulltime position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of account management principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of account management software
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Understanding of GST and tax regulations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Ensure client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for any accountrelated issues
- Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell our services to existing clients
- Prepare and deliver account presentations reports and performance reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives
- Monitor account performance and proactively address any challenges
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
