Job Description
The company wishes to employ a wellestablished senior SalesRepresentative responsible for the launching marketing and sales of Advanced WoundCare products in the public and private sectors in South Africa.
Territory Mainly JohannesburgPretoria and Vereeniging. Government and Private.
The successful incumbent will be based in Johannesburgreporting to the Regional Sales Manager
Skills required:
- 5 years minimumexperience in the medical device/supplies industry with experience in sellingwound care technologies
- Ability toidentify and engage with relevant key opinion leaders
- Ability tocommunicate effectively both orally and in writing
- ComputerLiteracy
- Relevant workexperience including ability to build relationships with customers and KOLs
- Excellentpresentation skills and able to create presentation content
- Sales skills
- Driven andenergetic selfstarter to drive the sales of new innovative wound care products
Job Function
Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)the following:
- Identify andengage with key players in public and private wound care sector such asVascular surgeons Plastic Surgeons General surgeons and Professional NursePractitioners
- Build solidcustomer relationships
- Attend wardrounds and dressing changes
- Ensure allactivities and sales leads are captures on CRM
- Monitorcompetition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing productsnew products delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
- Become highlyproficient and knowledgeable with the product range and the clinical factorsassociated with these products
- Education ofthe customer with regards to the technical and clinical requirements of theproducts
- Constantlybuild a good knowledge of competitor products and activities.
- Assist withclinical trials and data analysis

- BSc biomedicalhealth sciences or Nursing
- Clinicalknowledge of wound care
- Valid Driverslicense
- Worked in Salesenvironment for more than 5 years
- Workingovertime and willing to travel
- Own reliablevehicle
- Own reliablecell phone
- South AfricanCitizen
