Position Vision
First Bank Texas Tellers processes deposits withdrawals and other financial interactions while providing excellent service that results in extreme customer loyalty. Our Tellers use professional interaction accurate processing and creative problemsolving skills to ensure our customers only need one bank First Bank Texas.
Position Summary
Our Tellers are passionate about building relationships filling customer needs and delivering excellent customer service. The person in this position is the face of First Bank Texas and uses their creativity curiosity and relationship skills to exceed customer expectations.
You will provide great service and accurate processingwhile adhering to established Bank policies procedures and objectives. Perform any function within thescope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and coworkers. We strive for excellence in conducting needsbased conversations to identify solutions for customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide professional prompt and courteous customer service
Accurate and efficient processing of various teller transactions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify crossselling opportunities through needsbased conversations
Resolves customer inquiries using problemsolving skills while following bank procedures
Desired Qualifications
At least three 3 years experience in teller new accounts
Comfortable on camera while maintaining a professional demeanor
Experience and enthusiasm for serving customers
Excellent interpersonal skills verbal and listening proficiency
Strong attention to detail
