Dashboard Developer

Come join a flexible and responsive IT environment to quickly meet evolving and changing mission priorities for an IC customer. Mission operations supported include strategic and tactical intelligence analysis and integration; screening vetting and watchlisting; situational awareness; and strategic planning. Operate and maintain the IT environment integrate new systems into the environment from separate developers design develop and implement enhancements to the IT environment that will provide the stability and flexibility required to meet mission needs and support other mission partners. Follow a DevSecOps model that integrates services hardware software and data support; incorporates new sources; maintains ingestion services as formats/schemas change; improves throughput and efficiency; develops and deploys selfservice tools to exploit and use data more quickly thoroughly and robustly; and manages compliance requirements as may be necessary to satisfy service application tool data and other IT mission needs. Though the majority of applications have been migrated to the cloud there are multiple independent onpremises networks. Maintain hardware and network connections inside the enclaves and other external mission partners; the majority of all servers are virtualized.

Applicant will:

• Responsible for researching designing developing and/or modifying software systems (e.g. custom COTS GOTS).
• Works closely with business analysts UI/UX developers and subject matt er experts to understand functional requirements.
• Develops cost estimates for software development and enhancements and conducts impact analysis for software changes.
• Adheres to program configuration change control standards.
• Presents ideas for system improvements.
• Produces detailed specifications writes software code and conducts unit testing.
• Writes interfaces and conversion routines leveraging web APIs.
• Supports formal testing in controlled environment before code is promoted to production.
• Provides input into training manuals for users.
• Maintains knowledge of features and technical changes in the application.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science Information Systems or similar and 5 years relevant web development experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Experience with basic web programming languages such as HTML JavaScript and CSS
• Experience with C#.NET and Bootstrap
• Experience employing AWS cloud services to create cloudnative applications
• Knowledge of web development principles techniques languages and standard programming styles and conventions
• Ability to manage multiple priority tasks
• Selfmotivated task identification

Desired Requirements

• WS certification (AWS Developer Associate or AWS DevOps Engineer Professional)
• Experience with Python
• CompTIA Security Certification
• Knowledge of Agile software development
• Knowledge and understanding of the DoD or IC communities
