Ourclient is recruiting for an Apprentice IT Technical Sales Apprentice tojoin their team inOxford OX4.
The Level 3 IT Technical Sales apprenticeship programme that we are offering will allow you to kickstart your career in an industry that is constantlyevolving dynamic and transformational.

The Position

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am6pm Total: 42.5 Hours
Salary:
6.40 per hour
Role andResponsibilities
Manage our vendor portfolio
Ensure incoming sales enquiries are converted intosales orders
Actively manage existing accounts to ensure repeatbusiness and develop cross and upselling opportunities within those companies
Liaise with internal departments to facilitate theabove. This will include Marketing Operations and Finance.
Meet or exceed Service level agreements set bymanagement
Adhere to the Companies requirements formaintaining CRM and other systems.
Maintain an uptodate knowledge of the companyproducts and services
To provide line management with reports and/or information as required.
Offer excellent customer service via phone and email
Build customer and supplier relationships
Negotiation with suppliers/manufacturers
Dealing with courier companies in relation tocustomer orders
Dealing with phone enquiries in relation to customerorders and stock
Managing customer service inbox and ticketingsystems
Processing Customer details on various customerportals
Desired Qualities Skills and Knowledge:
You will be well versed in full solution salesdisplaying consultative sales with clear sales structure
Inspiring to a dynamic and engaged workforce.
SelfAnalytical you are growing developing andconstantly challenging yourself
