ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Prepare and provide initial interpretation of market and performance data to provide decision support information for establishing market direction and strategies by:

Use market research tools and vendor resources to develop actionable recommendations for acquiring new customers and growing current customer relationships through:
3. Product Management and Development
Support product development process for products to ensure that relationships with internal departments are well managed and timelines / deliverables are met through:
4. General Corporate Marketing Management
Collaborative administration of corporate marketing and strategic implementation as assigned by:
Compliance with banking laws and regulations as defined in company policies and procedures pertinent to position.
A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Finance Data Analytics or equivalent work experience with three or more years of related experience in primary market research strategic planning business and/or financial analysis is required. Ability to analyze and report key findings from quantitative research data is required. Experience working with multiple data systems and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and MCIF systems is preferred. Expertise in using spreadsheets databases and word processing skills is required.
Additional skills and competencies include: Strong communication and interpersonal skills excellent business writer for presentation of data and strategic concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of levels of personnel. Highly analytical with advanced ability to translate data in concise terms for strategic decisionmaking critical thinker clear and precise communicator process oriented resourceful and creative. Possess welldeveloped ability to establish active industry networks. Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple and competing tasks and priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a key member of the marketing team.
