Position Overview: As a key member of our team you will play an essential role in delivering toptier electrical solutions to our diverse client base. Whether youre working on a luxury home a commercial space or a complex industrial project your skills will help shape the future of our business. Were seeking someone who brings technical expertise a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality electrical installation maintenance and troubleshooting for residential commercial industrial and AV projects.
- Collaborate closely with project managers engineers foreman and other team members to ensure seamless project .
- Ensure compliance with safety standards building codes and company procedures.
- Perform inspections and system testing providing thorough reports and recommendations.
- Use all company software for clocking in and out and tracking the progress of jobs with detailed note taking and communication skills.
- Install configure and troubleshoot audiovisual systems including wiring control systems and integration.
- Assist in maintaining and repairing electrical systems and components.
- Work according to all of the company core values and mission statement daily.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Stay updated with industry trends best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical work with a focus on residential commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems wiring and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical diagrams and building codes.
- Experience with AV systems (audiovisual wiring installations and troubleshooting) is highly preferred.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid CT E2/E1 electrical license.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and motivated mindset with a passion for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite or shop.
- Valid drivers license clean background check and must be able to pass a drug test.
