The Opportunity:
We are recruiting for a Catering Team Leader to join our team.
This is a very exciting opportunity to join the team at our newly opened restaurant Canopy. Based at the heart of the Meadows in the beautifully renovated old Royal Infirmary the operation consists of a 60 cover contemporary Scottish Brasserie serving breakfast lunch and dinner alongside a more informal Grab & Go offer served during the day.
Reporting to the Catering Manager you will lead the team in both the restaurant and takeaway operation to deliver exceptional customer service and fantastic food. At the same time supporting the catering manager in overseeing all aspects of the day to day running of the operation.
This is a handson role; you will lead from the front inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards.To succeed in this role you will have experience managing a similar highstreet highvolume restaurant operation.
This post is fulltime 35 hours per week) on campus.
