POSITION SUMMARY:
If you have a background in Sales Business Development or Distributor Management in the Industrial Controls Automation and Software space and looking for an opportunity to grow Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you as Regional Specialist in our Controls & Software team based in the Central Plains United States Region(North Dakota South Dakota Nebraska Iowa Missouri and Kansas). This position will report to the Business Director Controls & Software. You will engage with strategic customers channel partners as well as work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to form positive relationships with key collaborators at all levels and be a customer advocate both external and internal. Develop a deep understanding of the customers key goals and how Emerson can provide solutions to help meet them.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The total target comp range for this position is $125000$155000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
