About the Role
As the Senior Production Manager youll lead a talented team to execute captivating designs and installations for iconic hospitality venues across the UK and globally. From planning new venue launches to maintaining and enhancing existing spaces your work will ensure every project shines. Youll also coordinate stunning production pieces keeping these dynamic venues unforgettable.
What Youll Be Doing
- Team Leadership: Linemanage mentor and inspire a team fostering a motivated and collaborative environment.
- Project Management: Plan resources streamline workflows and track team capacity to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Creative Oversight: Lead the development of creative concept documents for new venues.
- Installation : Manage installations ensuring dressing elements are meticulously prepared and implemented.
- Buying Coordination: Oversee the buying calendar and organize buying trips.
- Inventory Management: Create inventory and financial reports ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams for stock management and tracking.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with international franchise partners.
- Budget Ownership: Manage budgets from initial planning to final reconciliation.

- Proficiency in Adobe Suite Microsoft Office and SketchUp (a plus!.
- A proactive detailoriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
