The Team your impact
The chapter Technology & Engineering Platform Engineering represents all experts who deliver DevOps capabilities to all our product teams. These experts are organized together to enhance those functional skillsets improve E.ONs DevOps tech stack and deliver a high level of cloud automation.
You are part of a product team that is building a cloudnative internal engineering platform and DevOps/GitOps pattern which enables cloudnative software engineering across different cloud providers (Azure AWS GCP) and platforms.
Your Role meaningful & rewarding
- Build and maintain a multicloud internal engineering platform (AWS GCP Azure) using Crossplane and Kubernetes
- Manage cloud resources and implement reactive systems with robust observability and monitoring following SRE principles
- Deliver immutable artifacts for infrastructure provisioning management and custom provider implementations
- Firefighting and warroom action! You provide support and resolve issues in case of disruptions or outages
- You conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new tools methods or technologies to keep the platform innovative and futureproof
- Develop and maintain highquality Golang code in a Kubernetes ecosystem
Your Profile authentic & openminded
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience
- Profound experience in Golang development
- Extensive knowledge of the Kubernetes ecosystem including experience with Crossplane. Familiarity with the CNCF landscape is a plus
- Handson experience with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD
- Indepth knowledge of Hyperscaler platforms preferably Azure or AWS
- Excellent problemsolving skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
