At ChickfilA the back of house (BOH) team members role is more than just a job its an opportunity. As a BOH team member you will be provided with tools and training to produce the highest quality menu items in a quick service restaurant. From handbreading our award winning ChickfilA Chicken to chopping tomatoes and lettuce daily you will be part of maintaining the standard for the entire industry. Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
Prior experience as a cook grill cook fry cook prep cook line cook chef or restaurant crew member team member or other BOH part time restaurant jobs is not required but preferred.

Individuals must be hardworking teamoriented friendly honest and have a strong desire to be producing the highest quality menu items.
We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Applicants must be able to:
- Be available to work shifts between 5:30 am 4:00 pm and 3pm 11pm Monday through Saturday
- Work quickly efficiently and with a sense of urgency
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Maintain proper quality parameters
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Communicate well with others
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Lift potentially heavy objects when necessary
