Baystate Dental is looking for a FullTime Dental Hygienist in Greenfield MA to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a teambased environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.
Position Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist at Baystate Dental youll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings assessments and education all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly growthoriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.
As dental technology continues to improve we strive to keep up with the latest for the benefit of our patients as well as our staff. We are currently utilizing hygiene lasers; 3D printers; Primescan; Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) a game changer in the hygiene world; and Overjet AI. Youll have the best technology to provide your patients with top quality care!

Previous experience is always a plus but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The Hygienist we hire must have an active state hygiene license. New hygiene grads must me applying for license soon.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and take dental Xrays
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelors degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Local Anesthesia certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
