SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong product ownership experience to lead the development and of innovative solutions that drive business impact. You will work crossfunctionally with engineering design manufacturing and other stakeholders to define prioritize and deliver products that align with our strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision requirements definition and roadmap based on market trends customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Product Ownership: Act as the Product Owner in an Agile environment managing the backlog defining user stories and prioritizing features to maximize value.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps balancing shortterm deliverables with longterm objectives. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact customer feedback and market research.
  • Crossfunctional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering design project management and sales teams to bring products from concept to launch.
  • DataDriven Decision Making: Use analytics user research and feedback to measure success and iterate on product improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans progress and performance to internal and external stakeholders aligning them with business objectives.
  • GotoMarket : Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in product management with at least 2 years as a Product Owner.
  • Proven experience leading the development of firmware software SaaS or digital products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and system V model.
  • Ability to define product requirements write user stories and manage a product backlog.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
  • Strong communication leadership and change management experience.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to deliver highquality products.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and customercentric design principles.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in DC motor control applications IIoT and SaaS.
  • Familiarity with tools like Aha HubSpot (CRM) Epicor (MRP) Jira Confluence V&V testing methodology and analytics tools.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey product vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
  • Proven experience with scaling products and managing multiple product portfolios.
