Job Description
Gundersen Health System based in La Crosse Wisconsin is currently recruiting for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our hospitalbased Intensive Care Unit. This is a rare opportunity to join a wellestablished team of 13 physicians and three advanced practice clinicians (APCs). This is a 1.0 FTE position working fourteen shifts per month with average 34 shifts per week; shifts are currently 12hour shifts fromand. No call is required outside of scheduled shifts. Position offers the opportunity to care for both medical and surgical patients. APCs not experienced with bedside procedures will receive adequate training and supervision. All work will be hospitalbased.
